Designing The Ultimate Gamer Van for a team of eSport Athletes that would take them from HQ in LA to TwitchCon in Las Vegas all while doing crazy challenges in the mountains and desert along the way.
In a branded content play, I oversaw the creation of this monster of a content machine for a team of eSport influencers as the traveled from their HQ in LA to TwitchCon.
The task started with designing the ultimate gamer van from a 2023 Transit Trail. The van was designed to not only be a traveling gaming station w/ PC consoles on the interior, 2 Xbox stations in the rear, but also a working podcasting studio (for livestreaming) w/ SonyA7s, rodecaster mixer and mics. The Van was equipped with the latest equipment hand selected by our gamers and strategically fabricated and installed by The Baitshoppe.
Not resting on just the build - we then coordinated full team content creating roadtrip adventure that took us from LA to Vegas over the course of 7 days.
The Van (and accompanying caravan of branded vehicles) worked its way through trendy neighborhoods in LA, through the snow peaked mountains of the Sierras, into the unforgiving desert of Nevada and finally landing in the cavernous Las Vegas Convention center where we had programming throughout TwitchCon.
My task was… just about everything.
